Home Sanctuary Travel Fee

• Thousand Oaks Radius: Complimentary travel is included for all in-home private sessions booked within a strict 10-mile radius of Thousand Oaks.

• Extended Travel Fee: For locations between 11 to 20 miles outside of Thousand Oaks, a flat $30 travel fee will be automatically added to your session total.

• Custom Distance: For destinations beyond 20 miles, please reach out directly for a custom travel and logistics quote prior to booking.

 

24-Hour Cancellation & Boundary Policy

Your healing session secures an exclusive, high-frequency window of time and

energy dedicated entirely to your alignment 

• The Window: We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for all cancellations or rescheduling requests.

• Late Cancellations: Any session cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will be automatically charged 50% of the scheduled service fee to the card on file.

• No-Shows: Failure to arrive or be present for your scheduled session without notice will result in a charge for 100% of the service fee.
